Personal One-on-One Consulting

Boraine Consulting works with several entrepreneurs in a one-on-one capacity. The focus of these consulting sessions is on developing and refining the business model, and how to navigate the current environment.

Due to the increased demand and the challenging times entrepreneurs find themselves in, we are opening up this service to a limited number of individuals at a reduced rate.

What is it?

We work with you as the entrepreneur to answer the following three questions (in detail):

1. How do you deliver value to clients?

2. How do you entice clients to pay for that value?

3. How do you profit from that payment?

The questions above are intentionally broad, however, involves significant detail that we explore during the consulting sessions. For more information about the areas described above, please book a free exploratory session (see below).

Who is it for?

· Individuals who are thinking about starting a business and want to learn more about entrepreneurship

· Entrepreneurs who are starting out (idea phase)

· Entrepreneurs who want to take a fresh look at their business models and value proposition

· Entrepreneurs who need to pivot and evolve due to COVID-19 or other industry changes

Who will be running the consulting sessions from Boraine Consulting?

Our Founder and Managing Director, Aldrin Boraine, will be facilitating the consulting sessions. He is an Allan Gray Orbis fellow, holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa and is currently completing an MBA at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

He is experienced in market analysis, competitor intelligence and strategy consulting with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

We would like to ensure that we can add value and that the service is beneficial for you as the client. Consequently, we offer free 30-minute exploratory sessions to assess whether we could be a good fit and add value.
