Focus on developing your team

Your team can make or break your organization. It is important that they are continuously developing, so that your business progresses. If you don't have a team, ensure that you are always developing.

Some may ask- "What if I develop my team and they leave?" The response to that would be a quote by Henry Ford: "The only thing worse than training your employees and having them leave is not training them and having them stay." There are other ways to solve the "leaving problem" but development must happen for your business to move forward. When employees see and feel that their development is important to you, they will give more in what they do. If you don't have an in house training department, you can outsource the training in your organization.
