The Human Element

A big challenge facing companies today is that it is becoming increasingly difficult to engage with customers on a personal note/ level. This is particularly challenging for big companies. So what does that mean? Humans want to interact with humans, so the question is- how do you humanize your company?

This is done by ensuring that you are empathetic with your customers. Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. When interacting on social media or via a phone call, ensure that the interaction has the "human element." It could mean the difference between a bad, average and fantastic interaction with your customer. "Your brand has to become a person."
